Ingredients
  

Creamy Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use room temperature for smoother mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese Freshly grated melts better.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For that classic stretchy texture.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds rich, savory flavor.
Seafood & Seasonings
  • 1 cup cooked small shrimp, chopped Pat dry to avoid excess moisture.
  • 1 cup lump crab meat Gently fold in to keep pieces intact.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch Old Bay seasoning Optional.
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until thick and creamy.
Mixing
  1. Fold in the chopped shrimp and crab meat, along with garlic, green onions, parsley, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading into an even layer.
  2. Sprinkle additional cheese and paprika on top.
  3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly, then broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden finish.
  4. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before garnishing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm with crackers, chips, or vegetables. This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
