Ingredients: 

1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 

2 tablespoons olive oil 

2 cloves garlic, minced (optional) 

Salt and pepper to taste Optional

grated Parmesan cheese, balsamic glaze, lemon zest 

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated. 

Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not too crowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. 

Cook the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. 

They should be golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Once cooked, transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and sprinkle with any optional toppings you like, such as grated Parmesan cheese,balsamic glaze, or lemon zest. Serve hot and enjoy as a tasty snack or side dish!
