INGREDIENTS
Steak sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
1.5 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
Fried rice:
3 cups cooked day old cold rice
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1/2 onion chopped
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tosp brown sugar
1 tsp oyster sauce
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 green onion chopped and screwed
2 tbsp oil
Homemade yum yum sauce:
1 cup mayo
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp melted butter
2 tosp water
DIRECTIONS
Mix soy sauce and cornstarch together and add remaining ingredients.
Lightly season steak cut into bite sized pieces with salt and pepper. Over medium high heat add steak and cook until browned approximately 1-2 minutes on each side and remove from heat. Add in sauce and add steak back in, allowing it to coat the steak and thicken.
Over medium high heat add oil to skillet or wok and add in onions, peas and carrots cooking until tender.
Push ingredients to one side and add in eggs and scramble them. Push those aside also. Add in rice. Add in soy sauce.
Next add in sugar and oyster sauce. Stir up all the ingredients and toss in green onions.
