Chicken breast cut into small cubes
All Purpose flour
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Season the chicken with salt, paprika and pepper and flour, once you have all the chicken floured, put in batches in a strainer and immerse in a bowl with water and immediately flour again and fry, take out and reserve on absorbent paper. Repeat the procedure as many times as necessary.
2. Once all the chicken is fried, serve and eat!
